            We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it only in the following limited circumstances:

            • With affiliated hospitals (DHS Hospital, Sushrusha Hospital, 21st Century Hospital Vapi, HCC Hospital, Trimurti Hospital Junagadh, and Ved Hospital Mumbai) — only when clinically relevant to your consultation, and only with appropriate safeguards.
            • With technology service providers (website hosting, secure email platforms) who process data solely on our behalf, under written data processing agreements, and subject to confidentiality obligations.
            • Where required by Indian law, a valid court order, or a direction from a competent government authority.

            06. How Long We Retain Your Data

            We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

            • Contact form enquiries: Up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion (whichever is earlier).
            • Appointment and consultation records: For the period required under the National Medical Commission’s medical records guidelines – a minimum of three years from the date of your last consultation.
            • Website analytics data: Up to 24 months, in anonymised and aggregated form only.

              Once the applicable retention period has expired, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

              07. Your Rights Under the DPDPA, 2023

              As a Data Principal under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

              • Right to Access: You may request details of what personal data we hold about you.

                    We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information directly from minors without verified parental or guardian consent. If we become aware that personal data has been submitted by or on behalf of a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.

                    This website links to affiliated hospitals, research publications, and external medical resources such as PubMed and ASCO.
